Fully qualified & Insured Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor Karen King has been teaching the over 50’s at the Ashwell Community & Youth Hall since February 2011 on Monday mornings 10-11a.m.

Working with Resistant bands, Small Yoga balls, light weights, that help mobilise and strengthen joints and muscles, also improving co-ordination, flexibility, balance, fitness, health and well being.
